Management Team

Antoine DELAPORTE
Founder and Managing Director of I&P Management Ltd since 2002. Before that, he was an entrepreneur in Madagascar during 8 years where he set up, developed and then sold out three clothing companies (2,500 employees in total). Previously, between 1988 to 1994, he was manager at Bain & Co in Paris and London. He has a Master Degree in Management from ESCP-Europe and a MBA from INSEAD.

Florent de BOISSIEU
Investment Executive at I&P since 2011, Florent has worked as a Consultant for Bain & Co (Paris) for six years, engaged in strategy consulting, operational improvement and business transformation. He had previously started his career at Eurazeo, one of the leading private equity firms in France. Florent is a post graduate from Ecole Nationale des Pontset Chaussées (Paris), majored in Finance.

Jérôme LAGESSE
Investment Manager at I&P since 2006. Previously, he worked as a consultant at Accenture (Paris) for five years, involved in designing and implementing group management rules and Information Systems of several major worldwide companies. Post-graduated in Management, specializing in Finance from E.M. Lyon, France, in 2001, he also holds a master degree in law from Paris II University (Panthéon-Assas), France.

Feizal MOOSSA
Chief Financial Officer of I&P since 2003, Feizal also follows investments in Comoros. Before, he had gained 15 years of experience in the Audit, Tax and Business Advisory services with Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. He has also performed company valuations for companies seeking listing on the local stock exchange. He has been involved in receivership, operating and strategic reviews. Feizal is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Céline RABEMAMPIANINA
Investment Executive at I&P since 2009, Céline worked before in the corporate finance department of Total in Houston, (USA) as a Credit analyst. She also has work experience in France and Latin America. Céline has completed her higher business studies at ESCP Europe in France, majored in Finance.

Tojo RAKOTOZAFY
Investment Executive at I&P in Madagascar since 2005, he was before junior analyst in a Malagasy venture capital company where he has been involved on financial modeling. He has also had work experiences in Europe and the US. Tojo has studied at ESC Rouen where he obtained a degree at IFI (Institut de Formation Internationale) and a master degree of International Business Development.

Christophe SCALBERT
Investment Manager at I&P since 2011, Christophe has worked for five years as Senior Investment Officer then Deputy Head of the Private Equity Division of Proparco (AFD Group). He has conducted, direct and fund investments in Brazil and Africa. He had previously worked at Lazard Frères (Paris) for three years as an Associate, involved in both French and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Christophe is a post-graduate from Sciences-Po (Paris) in Economic Development and Political Studies; he also holds a Master in Finance and Business Studies from Edhec School of Management (Lille), in France.
