I&P Management (Indian Ocean) Ltd manages Private Equity Funds in the Indian Ocean region since 2003.
I&P Management team enjoys the support of an active network of Private Equity experts, entrepreneurs, corporate C.E.Os and financial specialists.
Through I&P Capital (Indian Ocean), I&P Capital (II), and co-investors investments, I&P Management currently manages more than 50 million Euros of assets. The first Fund has been totally invested whereas the second fund is still in its investment phase.
Investees of the two Funds managed by I&P Management operate in several economic sectors of Mauritius, Madagascar and other countries of the Indian Ocean region. Investments typically range between €1 million and €6 million each. Investments can be carried out at any phase of the development of a project, i.e start-up, expansion or buy-out.
As of May- 2009, three investments have so far been fully realized.
